Working closely with the client to gain an understanding of their service area and exactly what aspects of their business they wanted to expand was paramount. Many of the buyer keywords we decided to pursue were geo targeted services and emergency services SERVPRO offered. My approach was to not only rank their primary website for these terms but also to create and optimize Web 2.0 properties (including Facebook, YouTube videos, BBB listings, Google + map listings etc) to blanket page 1. This not only pushes their competitors off of page one but also gives consumers the perception of market dominance and trust.
